Rocket.netReviews of rocket.net

You know you're on to a winner when the CEO takes the time to do a minor configuration change for you. Migrated two sites over today without any issues at all. Both are straight up and running really quickly.

Impressive support Performance are top notch, and the support is insanely responsive, I recommend 100%!

Currently one of the fastest and best WP hosting providers for me! I've already had a few premium hostings. But none have been able to match the performance of Rocket.net. Easy to use, very fair offer, fast performance, very personal. Very fast support and good solutions. You even get answers and good help from the CEO Ben. This is not a matter of course with other providers. A big praise and thank you to the whole Rocket.net team. Greetings and thanks Dominik (ActionSpielzeug)

Rocket.net fixed my problems with slow sites. This is your answer if you've struggled with cache plugins trying to make your site fast. The support is terrific, and you can have multiple sites. When I do my speed test now, it's 95% or higher in all countries. I only wish I would have found this site years ago. While they don't offer hosting they will help you get connected with them from your current host. Amazing 5 Stars!!!

I've dealt with 5 different hosting companies over 10 plus years and have gone through the pain of moving many, many sites from one host to another. My last move, done about a year and a half ago to Rocket was crazy smooth, unlike previous migrations! Of course there were reasons why I initiated this move. Best move I ever did. Five times a charm I guess. Rocket is the best host I've been with by far and I plan on staying here. First off - support. They did my migrations. All of them (and there were a lot). Super fast and no issues that I recall. Support is outstanding. The team is a pleasure to deal with. They go the extra mile (believe me, they really do!) and they are quick and easy to get hold of. Rocket is optimized for WordPress websites and they offer CloudFlare for Enterprise. This is a HUGE value. You can google that and see all the reasons why. With Rocket, I don't have to worry about server concerns. It's absolutely effortless for me and I don't run into server problems (like I used to on other hosts). I give Rocket.net my highest recommendation!

I've been a rocket.net user for about 8 months now and have to say they're one of the best hosting providers I've ever been with if not the best. 3 main reasons: 1. Speed 2. Support 3. Price I've noticed an immediate performance improvement in my core web vitals when migrating over from other hosting platforms. It was almost embarrassing with other providers and in fact am still SMH that I did not switch sooner. Regarding their support, Ben and his team have helped me numerous times with any issues that came up. During a weekend? No problem. Late hours? no problem. They're support team is on the ball and help whenever possible. By far the best support team I've encountered with hosting providers. Oh and the price is much cheaper than I anticipated for what I'm getting. I'm building a portfolio of websites and don't think I'll ever be using another provider.

In May 2023 Rocket migrated me over from a competitor where a dedicated server running Litespeed Enterprise, 32GB ram & SSD was in use. It worked OK but cost more and tickets sometimes went unanswered for as long as 12-13 HOURS! 110% true! (Inter******.net). Performance was OK for USA users but Rocket has proven to be at least 2x faster on most metrics. 8 sites migrated in less than an hour. I could not believe it..! Best My Rocket.net Experience: 1) Sites *never* break or CRASH! 2) Sites always score 98-100% on metrics. 3) Tech & Customer support is so blazingly fast, professional & courteous ALL the time! Requests just get SOLVED. That's it. 4) Site management is a breeze. No more multisite dashboards/plugins to monkey around with. Rocket has it's own client dashboard that is simple, quick to navigate and makes multiple site management easy & clean. Rocket.net puts 98.6% of other hosts to shame. Find out for yourself. On the other hand.. if you enjoy hosting hell, stay where you are at!
