Big chains and computer glitches
Only the big chains accept the card, when you get out west or far up northeastern side of the country there are Conoco, Casey’s, and Sunoco’s and that is it. Good planning can most of the time keep you from having to buy fuel at these locations but not always the case. It’s frustrating when these smaller chains can’t accept this card. I have also had an issue where my card was cut off for no reason, I called to see what the deal was and the guy told me to call back the next day during business hours because he couldn’t get his supervisor on the phone and couldn’t figure out why it was cut off. I was in the middle of Wyoming with no time to wait because of my delivery. After about an hour they finally got it straightened out and said it was a computer issue and there was no issue with my card. He said in 10 mins it would be working again and it was.
