Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the battery issue you experienced and we understand your concern, especially regarding a safety-related situation. We would like to clarify that your purchase was made through Amazon, not through the Riding’times official website. Our website support team and Amazon support team are separate, and our website team does not have access to Amazon order records or warranty cases. When you contacted us, we provided the correct Amazon support contact information so that your order could be verified and handled by the appropriate team. Amazon orders need to be processed through the Amazon warranty support channel because they have their own order system and service process. We truly want to help resolve your issue and hope the Amazon support team can assist you with the battery replacement as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Riding’times Team

Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. Your order was placed during a preorder period, and the estimated shipping timeline was clearly indicated on the product page before purchase. Preorder items require additional waiting time due to production and inventory arrangements, and we always try our best to keep customers updated during the process. Regarding your return request, we absolutely understand that sometimes customers may change their minds. Our parts return policy is publicly available and applies to non-defective parts returns. Since these parts were not defective, returns are handled according to the stated policy, including applicable shipping and restocking fees. We do not refuse returns, but we do need to follow the same policy consistently for all customers. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our review requests. Our goal is simply to collect genuine customer experiences and continuously improve our service. We’re sorry that your overall experience was not what you hoped for. We remain available to assist and would be happy to continue working with you to find the best possible solution. Best regards, Riding’times Team
