Unable to provide agreed services and will not answer the phone in order to straighten things out... took money, no service and will not refund the money

Arrived on time, vehicle was clean and got us where we needed to go on time.

James was extremely professional and arranged a wonderful whiskey tour. His driver, Michael, was so helpful in answering all our questions. Hands down-would recommend Majestic.

You all do a great job! Always early, great attitudes. Friendly and fun! Thanks We will see you again!

Great experience! Our driver Debbie was fantastic! Knowledgeable, fun, easy to be around Definitely booking again!

We booked Majestic for my sister’s all day bachelorette and could not recommend them more!! The bus was perfect- clean and we could connect our music to make the ride a blast! Our driver Jewell was responsive, so kind, and went above and beyond all day long. James helped us book and got me an AMAZING price. Can’t say enough good things and would use them again and again.

We were so pleased with our transportation on our big day! Ppl were having fun with the driver; everyone got where they needed to be in a safe manor and on time! We also used them for bachelorette party too and we had a blast! The party bus was clean and so fun! Couldn’t recommend their services enough!

Majestic exceeded my expectations! Sprinter van for 11 going to Vallhalla for the PGA golf tournament was flawless. Drop off and pick up was seamless. This was our 2nd time using Majestic and will use them anytime I am in Louisville. Thanks Again!
