I began my journey with Loop about 2 years ago. The policy is very reasonable and affordable. Customer service has its share of issues but for the most of it, it’s been ok. I do suggest that having an open line of contact to communicate would be very helpful. Karen has been Great with adding and renewing for me. Thank you Karen for all your help.
