Even though the only contact is through email, I was able to get my policy taken care of by Karen. Karen is very responsive. She replies to your email within minutes. I mean, I could’ve gotten this done in a 30 minute to an hour phone call but having to do it through email took two days. It may be more efficient for them, but it is very frustrating for the customer.

I didn’t like the fact that I can’t talk to a live person. Everything is through the sight

I just got the policy so I don't know how it is .. but we will see. Overall it wasn't a issue. They were cheaper than anyone else I tried . We shall see ! Customer service wasn't bad at all.

So far so good, I’ve had them before decided to come back. I have not had any issues thus far, hoping it remains that way! Affordable and everything is easily accessible.
