I brought my Honda Pilot in for an issue. My service manager Melvin Haynes, was polite and knowledgeable. Honda took care of the issue, and it seems to be running just fine.

I have a few small issues with my new 2019 Atlas; but, my service advisor, Justin Ross, does his best to remedy every one. It makes a big difference with the whole brand experience if you have an honest advisor that listens!

Purchased a 2020 Atlas Cross sport yesterday and the service was top notch. Gonzalo Jimenez was my sales consultant and he was great! Was in and out in no time.

On my way to a family vacation when the EPC light came on, Rice Case allowed us to drop off on Sunday to continue our trip. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call early Monday morning from Luis To obtain additional information. He left a message later the problem had been resolved and I could pick my car up on the return portion of our trip. His speedy response saved a lot of stress and worries.
