Excellent attention of your staff and very professional car service

The service advisor 7992 Danny Guerrero didn’t treat me in the best way. He assured me that for the reasons that I had taken my car to the mechanic were normal and I had asked him to drive the car together to show him what was wrong. During that process of driving the car, he told me that I was looking for a problem that the car didn’t have with an unnecessary attitude. That’s when I had decided not to show him anything else, pay for what I had to pay and go home. His attitude towards the customers are unacceptable.

I have my oil change always at this location this time the old sticker was not removed nor did a new placed also I always check the oil level when I get home this time it was at lower mark I wiped and retested 3 times seems it needed about 16 ounces

I use to pay $40 for oil change, today i paid $60 i think is way to expencive just for oil change, next time you wont see me Rick Case
