Our family had a great stay at the Orange Lake Resort. The rooms were very nice, the service was great and the kids loved the pools, lazy river and all amenities. The location was fantastic right next to Disney. We will definitely be back and would book through this company again.

Customer service was responsive and very helpful. However, I had a difficult time with the link they sent me to receive payment. Never did get it to work. Thankfully, customer service helped me get paid.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Delivering helpful service is always our top priority, so we’re glad our team was able to find a swift workaround when the payment link acted up. The link snag was caused by a temporary issue with one of our providers, Stripe, we made sure to make them aware of the experience you had with their links. We really appreciate your patience and understanding! Thank you for using Rialto Vacations, we look forward to woking with you again in the future
