I've had a terrible experience with this provider. Their service is unreliable, and the customer support is virtually non-existent. Despite paying for a 6-month plan, my service was disconnected twice, with them falsely claiming the subscription had expired. The first time, it took 10 days of repeated follow-ups to get it reactivated. Just three weeks later, they disconnected me again, even though I still had a month left on my plan. I've now been messaging them for five days straight—no response at all. Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is unacceptable. I strongly recommend trying other providers that actually value their customers and honor their commitments.
