About Revive With Me
Revive With Me is a provider-led telehealth wellness clinic specializing in peptide therapy, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and regenerative health.Founded by Heather Sandy, PA-AC, a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of experience in anesthesia and hospital-based medicine, Revive was created to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and modern, science-backed longevity therapies. We support women, mothers, and families who want to feel stronger, leaner, and more energized without extreme diets or quick fixes. Our services include personalized peptide protocols, GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, metabolic and recovery support, hormone balance, and inflammation reduction. Every plan begins with a one-on-one consultation and is tailored to your health history, lifestyle, and goals. All prescriptions are overseen by licensed medical providers and fulfilled through accredited 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. We prioritize safety, education, and long-term results, not one-size-fits-all programs.Clients choose Revive because they want real guidance, not just a prescription. We take time to explain the science, answer questions, and walk alongside you throughout your journey. Our philosophy is simple: your body isn’t broken. With the right support, it knows how to heal.At Revive, wellness isn’t rushed or transactional. It’s personal, thoughtful, and built “with you,” every step of the way.
