My husband & I had started the refinancing of our reverse mortgage when we found that he had terminal cancer..Ed Badrak and his team came to my rescue. They did everything possible to get the loan through before he passed away..the loan was approved, but he was unable to sign. This team went forward and got the loan through for me, in my name and now I'm able to remain in the house I've been in for 31 years..Thank you!!!

I had a lot of obstacles to overcome in obtaining my reverse mortgage from RMF, but that was do to my limited income, and at times it was difficult to remain positive about the experience. My loan specialist Duanyelle Perry always tried to keep me in a good frame of mind. She also helped me with getting items in my house repaired which needed to be done before the appraisal, some of which I did myself. The appraisal turned out to be more than I expected and was happy about that. Duanyelle was a great person to have as your loan specialist, always upbeat and postitive. Thanks again Duanyelle

Just want to say how much we appreciate all Karen White did for us--expeditiously, professionally, efficiently, succinctly, --and compassionately for Mom. She made it go smoothly accommodating our own hiccups, staying in touch and informed, and still closing within our demanding final stretch. Mom is at peace with it and the family is so relieved that Mom can stay in her home. Can't thank you enough!

I'm new to Reverse Mortgage. A little skeptical at first regarding the unknown. I was very thankful I had an agent that was very helpful. He was able to answer every question I might have had. He made me feel assured in taking the steps for completing the process with RMF Reverse Mortgage.

Slow gruling process: numbers change constantly, very difficult to understand process. Amount of paperwork and signing proceedure totally archaic, (maybe was OK in 1950). Requests for documents and info absurdly aggravating; one day we need this, 2 days later we need xx, next day we need page 3 of xx. Seems like they figure if they torture you enough you will give up and go away! On the bright side, my primary customer service person was superb!
