When it came time for the second re-finance of my reverse mortgage, Ed Badrak and his team at RMF were knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and very helpful. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped me navigate through all of the steps in the entire refinance process. In addition, Ed explained the characteristics of the Equity Elite Program and the Line-of-Credit feature, which were new to me. He also helped point out little things to do for the house and yard when it came time to prepare for the appraisal process. The only negative aspect to the entire process was the prolonged closing time due to a problem internal to my homeowner's insurance company. This delay caused a very sizeable decrease in the amount of cash out available at closing. The decrease was the result of a three quarter percentage point rate hike by the Federal Reserve Board.
