My overall rating outstanding, but I didn't know if I could type comments if I started with that. The only problem is that there is to much paper to read and understand. I want to be able to understand what I am reading and signing and the paper work is written in a CMA manner that is suppost to cover all possibilities. I have reservations about what I signed but I had no choice but to sign if I wanted the Reverse Mortgage Loan. The document would create questions for a math major let alone a 81 year old. If I could have afforded it I would have taken it to an accountant.

Larry is very Professional, Knowledgeable and highly organized. He handled the entire process to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

The Title Company was Great but there were so many problems along the way, A lot of thing changed and our credit was effected we got a lot less money than we expected, would not use your company again.
