Took 2 months longer than should have. Without a local area office to deal with the whole process was a chaotic "Chinese Fire Drill" ... this cost me money and time. Pick of appaiser and results not acceptable. This cost me dearly in cash distribution. I can not recommend RMF for my area.

My mother went into a nursing home in april of 2019 I amSTILL trying to settle with this company one person says one thing another says something else, had a buyer for the house they took months to respond, buyer bought another home and was ready to close before we got an answer from them,I have been trying since October to get them to winterize it, there is NO money, they expect us to keep paying insurance, taxes heat etc. Not a good company to deal with when it comes to the end for the people left trying to settle things up. I would highly recommend looking into something local if your looking for a reverse mortgage. This company does not care!
