Ana is wonderful! She is trained and has experience in many different modalities. She was able to identify issues I did not know that I had and how correct them. She also spent extra time to give advice on how to prevent physical challenges in the future. She is friendly, and I felt so much better after her work. I will return as often as possible!

I’ve been seeing Ana for over a year, and all I can say is: run, don’t walk. She’s helped relieve my back and hip pain and has been key in keeping my body aligned and feeling good. When I had a knee injury, she drew from her wide range of modalities and addressed it with real skill and intuition. It’s never just one thing with her—she can feel and sense exactly what the body needs. She’s a true pro, a bright light, and exceptional at what she does. I’m grateful to have her in my wellness circle.
