I recently ordered colored copy paper from Restockit and realized the next day that I used the wrong shipping address. When I contacted customer service, they informed me the order had been packed to ship, but they would try to contact the warehouse to reroute. Their intervention saved the day. I got my order in time to complete my project.

Stupidly, I didn’t read reviews or check out their company ratings prior to placing my order. I wanted to give a new place a try, so I ordered a case of cleaning solution, 4 large bottles (128 oz each), was charged for it, understandably, yet never received it, but instead received a small box which contained some sanitizing wipes. Unbelievable. I wanted to resolve this issue (as it can happen, I get that), however, I have tried calling them several times a day for nearly a week now, and have even been leaving voicemail messages for them to return my call (never stating why but that it is urgent) with zero response. Zero. I just want what I ordered and paid for. Buyer, Please Beware! Please check them out prior to placing an order. Call the customer service line and see if they even answer at all. Good luck ~ A

I placed an order for an 8 pack case of hand sanitizer, their response was that there is an issue with their site and that was for 1 bag eventough the description said 8/ct do not buy from them! buyer beware

This company is a scam. They have fine print that they can ship you literally anything they want, regardless of whether it is what you ordered. And if you complain, they blacklist you and will never ship to you again.

I placed an order with Restockit on March 22, 2023. I did not receive an e-mail verification the next day so I got in their online chat and talked to Anna. She was very nice and checked on my order and said it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship. The items all arrived the next day. From order to delivery it only took 3 days and keep in mind, I placed this order during the peak of the Spring Break and this company is based in Florida. I was very impressed by how they got my order delivered so quickly and they were very polite when I contacted them. I will shop with them again.
