Great service and excellent items

Just horrible business practice!!! I asked about the manufacturer of a certain product I had to have in a specific color (it's not like they can go run find the product & take another pic). I just needed google image it to find out what other images looked like. The person on the chat had the NERVE to tell me that they actually MANUFACTURED EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT THEY SELL EXCEPT FRESH PRODUCE! I called them on it & they doubled down. I'm just stunned they're so dishonest. What adds insult to injurty is that they wanted $18+ shipping on an order that weighs less than a pound, needs no extra size considerations & cost $40. FIFTY PERCENT MARK UP FOR SHIPPING is unconscionable. Just horrible business practice. I feel sorry for the schmucks who order from them.

Happy with restaurantware & product. Fed-Ex left my box in the rain instead of putting on the covered porch. Boo Fed Ex...walk 2 more feet and leave packages in the obvious BEST place.
