The product is cheap and shipping way too expensive

Shipping crazy high, even though they say they don't control it. Not sure if that's true. Rude customer service who wasn't helpful when I called. Product was made from very cheap plastic that shouldn't even exist. Really cheap.

This product is not a good product is not made for the wall, and once you attach the bracket that opens the bottle, you cannot take the bottom off it was not made for a bar situation. It was not made for a wall because you never can empty it without taking the screws out. Impossible to take it off of the bottle opener without screws being removed not a good product. Of course I made it work for my situation.

I purchased white oval placemats. They are very nice looking, and I liked them a lot. Until we got a bit of Indian food on them. I fail to see how these would be restaurant quality if they stain the first time they are used. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought twelve of them and four are now ruined unless I can figure out how to get the stain off.

I love the label i wish your company name is not printed every single band and need a template so we can print our company name or name of the product. Thank you

My order came in a timely fashion however I was missing $95 worth of coffee cup lids. I called Customer service twice and both times I was told the order was delivered in one big box, which it was, but was missing the lids. They were of no further help and I am out $95. It was my first time ordering and unfortunately will be the last.

The box of glasses arrived broken, poorly packaged. The factory box was placed in a larger box with no additional padding. End result broken glasses

I ordered tart shells and 65% were damaged and not usable. I tried to get some delivered but got a store credit for 55% of them. They stated policy is that there is an expectation of 10% damage so therefore I got 55% store credit. Just doesn’t seem right that if I order these shells again I should expect 10% to be damaged….not pleased with this.
