Several (at least 8 jars) arrived with the lids popped. As a person who does canning, I wouldn't trust them to not be spoiled. I was planning to use the jars for a baby shower... so that is rather disappointing. i certainly won't be using those jars to give to other people. Several other jars have badly dented lids. So I'm concerned that these were 'seconds' - which is not what I was expecting.

Ordered 3" square pastry cups and really expected them to arrive broken. However, they were so well packed we did not lose a single one! Customer service was great in getting me the right product that I needed.

They are a good product nice looking but small, not as large as a normal placemat.

I wanted to purchase a set of imperial pint glasses that did not have a crown etched on them (surprising lot of those out there). My order of a set of 6 such glasses from Restaurantware arrived even faster than they predicted, in great shape within the perfectly wrapped and folded box. The glasses also have a substantial heft that I appreciate. I will definitely check this site first the next time I have a need (or want!).
