Missing Free Bottle from “Buy One Get One Free” Promotion
I purchased one bottle of cleanser after seeing your email promotion that mentioned “Buy One Get One Free.” However, during the checkout process, I didn’t see any confirmation about the free item, so I contacted your customer service team. They replied that I would receive the additional free bottle. Unfortunately, my order only included one bottle of cleanser, not the free one as advertised.
