I have nothing but good things to say about this team! Very responsive, very helpful, very knowledgeable! I came in knowing very little about DISC or Epic, but Alicia was there for me every step. My trainer for the certification class was also outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the certification process!

Customer experience has been top notch. I felt really supported from my questions, to right after I purchased (I had ordered something I didn't need), to the reports.

Very easy to order, I also receive the books in a timely manner. Great product. I do not like the one set price as I buy several hundred of these books. We train our people in areas sometimes without internet access, so the online version is useless to us. Will be looking at other versions of Personality profile activities. Thanks
