Unfortunately I booked it for 2 nights but could only stay one. Not a good environment for kids. This is a cheap hotel. Nothing stood out to me. My kids have allergies and they were all coughing the minute we got there. Would not recommend.

They let way too many people in the park. We were able to ride 2 rides and got in the lazy river and wave pool and when we got out to go get on rides they were all full for the remainder of the day and this was 2.5 hours or more before closing, which is 5pm. Definitely not worth the money at all.

I stayed at this resort 4 years ago but they solicited me for a review today so here goes….this hotel was awful. Our room was dirty and there were cracks in the walls and ceilings. Only one of the elevators worked and it was just an all around messy place. I would not recommend staying here at all!!

the employees were disrespectful and the rooms were dirty all the time, they never cleaned the room i will never go to that place again, it is unpleasant

The hotel needs massive updating. Everything is old. You do not have a shower you have to step in this outdated jacuzzi tub and risk your life getting in and out of the thing. The curtains look like they came from the Ringling museum they are so old. The hotel is relatively clean, but I would stay away from it and the area where it is located.
