I'm so glad I read the reviews and got in touch. Many companies are struggling and it's frustrating when things don't go right-but all I can say is that as soon as i got in touch, I got an immediate response and my order was safely delivered and i was kept information throughout.

Unfortunately the glass light arrived in pieces but the customer support from Abraham was great, and he was able to resolve the issue for us. 5 stars for customer service but I dropped a star for the packaging not being great.

Do not order from this website, bait and switch. I found a couch that was on clearance, the prices clearly listed on their website after purchasing the couch. I was told that the price would increase by $700 and my order was canceled. I find that a clerical error of that size is hard to believe and definitely odd. Just not right, especially when people plan around the accuracy of a website. wouldn’t order from them again and would be weary to recommend them.

We assure you that such discrepancies are not reflective of our usual standards of service,We take your feedback seriously and would like to investigate this matter further to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. Upon conducting a thorough search of our database, we were unable to locate any records matching the name provided in your review. Something is fishy about this company!!! I bought a chandelier from Residence Supply and emailed them a week after my order for an update. I was recently scammed so wanted to stay on top of it. They told me my order was coming from oversees instead of Miami so I canceled my order. They said they would refund me but that was over 2 weeks ago and we just keep going back and forth. As of today, I still don’t have a refund.

Hello Beth, We're deeply sorry to hear about your experience and inconvenience this may have caused. We sincerely strive to provide transparent and reliable service to all our customers. We are currently in the process of improving Customer Experience as we surely would not want to cause any disappointments to our customers. We understand your concerns and frustration regarding the status of your refund. However, we want to clarify that due to the chargeback you initiated with your bank, we are unable to process the refund directly through our system. Chargebacks involve a formal dispute process with your bank, and once initiated, they take precedence over our refund process. Our Policy states that once an item is shipped out, we can no longer cancel your order: https://residencesupply.com/pages/return-policy Despite the policy, we were happy to process the 50% refund to you and the other 50% once you received the package and returned back to our warehouse - but you refused and demanded 100% right away. Nevertheless, we're committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. We'd like to discuss this with you further to find a solution. Our Customer Service Manager has reached out to you via email and we understand your reluctance to provide your phone number, but direct communication would greatly facilitate a resolution. We would be happy to give you a call to discuss an acceptable resolution for you - we're here to assist you every step of the way. Once again, we apologize for all the inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address this issue.
Big scam, fake company. Slick website but they are going to take your money and you have no recourse but like me, to complain and warn others . I wish there was a way to punish these Chinese companies ( though truly don’t think this is a real company)….dishonest low lives

Hi Maureen, We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with your order. We take matters like these seriously and strive to maintain a high level of transparency and integrity in our operations. We have persistently responded to each of your emails and provided the necessary information you requested for, including the Tracking Link where you would see the Shipping Progress. It is unfortunate that you were not able to receive your package due to the INCORRECT Shipping Address you have provided us when you placed your order in our website. Upon placing your order, we have sent you an Invoice which states the Shipping Address you have given us. As we have mentioned to you on our conversations, we're truly sorry that the mistake on providing the wrong address have caused you inconvenience - we never want this to happen to any of our customers as we strive hard to deliver the best possible experience. However, this is something beyond our control as we can only deliver to the Shipping Address customers have provided. You have placed the order on Feb 26th, our Shipping Time is 15-20 Business Days which is clearly stated on our website. The package was successfully delivered to the Shipping Address you gave on March 22nd (19 Business Days after placing the order). We did our best to deliver right on time - regrettably you were unable to receive your order due to the Incorrect Shipping Address given to us. We fully understand how frustrating it could be that we are unable to get you a refund as your order was successfully delivered to the address you have given. On our website, it is clearly stated that we cannot be held responsible for lost or unclaimed parcels due to incorrect address details: https://residencesupply.com/pages/shipping-policy We have informed you that we are willing to help out and process the Refund for you - we went to check how far the address you provided from your place (24-minute-drive) and sent you the instructions from Google Map as we are inclined to go beyond our duties just to be of help to our customers. We truly understand that mistakes can happen and we would be more than willing to help as much as we can. However, we want to clarify that there was no theft involved and we have fulfilled our responsibilities as a company in delivering your order according to the information you have provided. We are sincerely committed to resolving any issues through proper channels and you may always reach out to us should you be needing further assistance as we are open to work towards finding a suitable solution for you.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I’m not entirely sure that it isn’t a scam. I placed an order in mid-Feb and the tracking information sent to me has not updated at all. They keep sending me a screenshot of their internal tracking information, which I don’t think is real. I’ve asked for an ETA and for my money back and they keep on apologizing and not answering. They also delete negative instagram comments and block people who ask questions about their order status. Total garbage. I will be going through Visa to try to get my $800 back. Kicking myself for not doing my research.

I ordered the lights for our community theatre so I had them shipped to an address a little out of the way. There was a bit of confusion bout the delivery , But a representative from residence supply gave me a call and fixed my concern and made sure everything gets straightened out.
