Just a phenomenal atmosphere overall
Just a phenomenal atmosphere overall. Elegant. Beautiful. Modern. The staff were amazing. So helpful and kind. My first time ever to Miami. I'm glad I chose East Miami for my stay. My next trip will be more than just an overnight day trip for sure!

Great as usual!
As always the service and accommodations are always spot on! Love the fact that they stay consistent with everything. One suggestion though. Bring back the shiner bock to the refrigerator 👍🏼

Hi, Ruben! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, we are not directly associated with the hotel - we're an independent travel network. This being said, I'm sure the hotel would love to hear that you're always happy with the stay!

Super spacious rooms that were clean and very modern. Staff was attentive and courteous when our first arrived and checked in and greeted me when I was coming and going.

Their website pretended to be the hotel's website and I was misled to book through them. This alone should be considered a scam and Google should ban them from results. When I realized this, I cancelled the booking I made by accident and they claimed to have reached out to the hotel to confirm that they didn't charge me, and the hotel confirmed multiple times they didn't charge me, but Reservations Portal kept stalling on the refund, which was btw 30% higher than the actual hotel. They use AI customer service that's very annoying and the people customer service aren't able to help.

The hotel room was dirty
The hotel room was dirty, the room wasn’t ready in time, the stove wasn’t working, and the lady working at the front desk was disrespectful.

Hi, Yolidaine. Thanks for reaching out. We're very sorry to hear about your stay, and we completely understand that it's disappointing for your room not to be ready and for the amenities to be lacking or not working. Reservations Portal is an independent travel network, not a direct hotel booking channel. Unfortunately, we are not directly affiliated with the hotel, so we would recommend reaching out to the hotel directly about your experience.
