Booking was easy as can be and our room was exactly as booked.

I called two times before I arrived to ask for a room close to the lobby. The child who checked me in was a moron! He said “Oh I upgraded you seeing you are a Bonvoy member”. It was a dirty room very far! I was alone and did not want to be far! I will never stay at this hotel! I wiped the floor and the wet wipe was black! Bugs in the sink! I had room service Tuesday evening. I pushed the buzzer 3 times to pick up my food. I put it outside my door. It was still there being attacked by birds at 10 the next morning!

Wanted to change hotels. Same Best Western in different area of Miami. Request denied. Never use Reservation Portal again.

The hotel is barely acceptable. Roaches in the room. AC didn't work properly. The parking lot had pot holes filled with mud. Outside there were weeds everywhere and no grass. The change for $25.00 per dog seems excessive considering the condition of the place

My truck was broken I to a ND my rifle and cash were stolen. Made a police report. You have very outdated cctv. I am a security integrator. Your system need a major update. Your lighting in the lot is bad. No security but yet many of the other businesses in that area have them
