Room has no access to fresh air Can't open windows. Homeless all over the Casino asking for money and cigarettes. I probably wouldn't stay at location again. It was fine for the moment. Thank you.

Hi, Kristie. We appreciate your feedback and time. We're sorry the lack of fresh air and the presence of solicitors impacted your stay. We hope your stay was seamless otherwise and wish you well in the future.
Great room. Digital tools need help. I couldn’t check in from the app, the AI bots were useless for everything except waisting time.

Hi, Karen. We're very sorry to hear that you had issues at the front desk and with the chatbot. We understand it's frustrating to encounter technical difficulties when trying to check into your room. I see one of our agents was able to reach out and confirm you got into your room.
simple booking experience

Stay away from this company at all costs! Literally at all costs. Sell a room rate to you then up charge an additional $100 or more per night for "service" fees that were never divulged at time of purchase and then say, sorry.. its non refundable. Total scam. Run, do not walk away from this horrific business. Please do not pay any attention to the AI generated response from this absolute dumpster fire of a business. The up charges were outrageous and I am not the first or the last to have had this experience with them. They are scam artists and take pride in stealing money from folks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!

Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, and we want to address the factual record here for anyone reading. All taxes and fees were fully itemized on the checkout page prior to purchase — including the exact breakdown of the room rate and the total amount charged. Nothing was added after the fact. Our checkout requires customers to actively check a box acknowledging the total charge and confirming they understand the booking is non-refundable before any payment is processed. We're sorry you feel this way, but the characterization of undisclosed fees is not accurate. The pricing was transparent, and the terms were agreed to at the time of booking. We wish you well in your future travels.
Read terms very carefully. Some, especially in regards to cancellation, are highly unique to my experience. Update… I was able to escalate a waiver request due unforeseen circumstances. That is apparently pending their sole discretion.

Hi, Sam. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the booking. First and foremost, we are not a "sham outfit." We are a legitimate travel partner dedicated to getting people where they need to go. We aim for total transparency, on every booking page, we provide a clear breakdown that shows the subtotal followed by the taxes and fees for your booking. We want you to see where every dollar is going before you ever pull out a credit card. We recognize that travel plans change, which is why we don't hide the rules. We include not one, but two distinct disclaimers—one located directly above the payment information and another directly below it. These state that by completing the booking, you are agreeing to the specific cancellation policy and our terms and conditions. We put these markers in place specifically so there are no surprises. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision before you hit "confirm."

My reservations were seamless. I made a mistake in the spelling of my name and they quickly edited after I realized what I did. Great experience overall. Thank you
