Muy bien el trabajo de Marvin Gómez

I have them a 4 because while our tickets were honored and we got to and from where we planned, they got my birthday wrong which caused much delay going both ways and they sent the confirmation at midnight before we were to fly out. That was so stressful but overall the trip was a success and because of them I was able to visit my grandkids because the cost for two people was the cost of one ticket super last minute so I’m grateful. I probably would not use them again because the last minute confirmation is too stressful but it was okay for this trip.

I got my ticket

I am generally happy with the service but there was a slight delay in giving me the booking passes during my second request for flight booking. There was no attention paid to my request for changing return date to the following day. I had to do with the original dates although I had given the request way earlier, in good time.

Ben was really helpful and helped me get cheaper flights to cater to my budget, very helpful.

We again had a fairly good experience. Mike Smith is a great individual who was very helpful with our needs. We did not have good experiences with Jacob and Roderick, they were elusive and lied to us even when we checked airline websites. We will only work with Mike Smith going forward.

Jack helped me out a lot. He was very nice and managed a discount since the homepage wss showing old prices. Customer service was satisfying. Homepage not so much. Makes booking quite complicated
