STAY AWAY FROM REMOTES REPLACEMENTS
I ordered an online replacement remote from this company. I never received an email receipt with an order number from this so-called company. I emailed them and asked what the status of my order was. After a few days, they e-mailed me back stating that they had no record of my purchase. A couple of days later I got a phone call from them stating my remote would definitely arrive that day. Well, needless to say, the remote has never arrived. I have emailed them several times since requesting that they credit my card for the purchase and they are now playing the ignore my email game. I would suggest that you do not deal with this company as they are either totally inept or scammers.Just a warning.
