I replaced broken eyeglass frames that I could not find for sale on any other website. Replacing the glasses at the store was going to cost $hundreds. I found the frames at Replacement Lens Express at a very low price. When there was a problem with shipping I contacted the store and they responded promptly to the situation sending the item express. I will definitely shop from this business again.

This was our first experience doing glasses from an outside source. My husband wanted a very specific safety frame for work, so after finding them, we needed to figure out how to get the lenses done for him. Eddie was helpful and offers a "10" in customer service. The safety glasses are perfect, and we look forward to future orders for him.

First let me start with I had no idea a company like this was out there! I mean I thought when you need new lenses you go to the eye doc right? well with lens express you can send in your prescription in to them or you can do what I did and send in your glasses with the lenses in them and they can pull you prescription from your old ones!

I've received my two re-lensed frames and they're excellent. The prescription was executed cleanly. I say that with every sense of appreciation as I have a pair from another vendor where the axis is off and let me tell you it's uncomfortable. It took a month, but the absence of surprises and the price make it well worth it. As they're a "very small company" by their own admission a note of experience is in order. E-mail responses are a bit slow, so cluster your communications. One of them will get through and things will happen. And be courteous; they're courteous when they get back to you, and your eyeglasses will follow shortly.
