This is my first time using Replacement Lens Express (RLE), but it won't be my last. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the lenses and the efficient service provide by RLE. I previously used an online competitor but will now use RLE for all my prescription eyeglass needs.

First time ever incorporating a new eyeglass lense prescription online. Communication was good and the end product turned out above expectations. This particular transaction involved my sunglasses. All my previous sunglasses used a polycarbonate lense. This time I went to a high index. The difference is astonishing in a most favorable way.

I searched locally and online. Replacement Lens Express had the best prices for the lenses I wanted. I wanted progressives with Transitions and Crizal The service was great. They sent me emails keeping me up to date on my order status. When my glasses arrived they were perfect. Will buy again from this company. I got lenses put in 2 new pair of frames I sent in for the price I was quoted for lenses in my old frames locally.

I had a great interaction with customer service before placing my order online. I ended up going with digital lenses and love the results. Will be referring my friends and family.

I looked all over the web for a specific pair of violet Marc Jacob frames for my daughter. My own optometrist couldn't help. I found RLE vial a Google search. Tricia responded promptly to my email and offered to call the factory for me to trace the frames. Sure enough, she was able to find them for me at a very reasonable price and I ordered 2 pairs. The frames arrived within 10 days and now I have a very happy daughter, plus a spare pair of frames. I highly recommend Replacement Lens Express.

Placed my order and it took some time before I received my glasses. I have them, and they are exactly what i wanted. Could not be happier! Jono & Julie D. I encourage you to e-mail and/or call. I too was frustrated by silence on my order. However, I do believe forward strides are being made in customer service. They make a great product and saves you money. don't give up. I am a happy customer and do plan on using them again!!

Initial doubts about a small company were alleviated by courteous emails and a positive service experience. New lenses for existing frames were done in about 2 weeks and less than 1/3 of what I had paid a local optician. I'll definitely use them again.
