I took Mike's REO Rockstars in 2012. I put the info he provided to work, I did it just like he said to do it and it works. Hands down the most honest and staright forward no bs advice I have been given in the Real Estate Business. Worth every penny.

Great program so far. Everyone is very nice & they do call you back if you have any questions. If you have concerns they have a attentive person talking to you, very refreshing.

I am currently taking one of Mike’s courses and there is so much content in his course! He tells you exactly what to do and how to do it. If I’ve had questions, he is very quick to respond. I can’t wait to finish the course and see where this takes me in my career. Thanks Mike!

What an incredibly well organized educational experience! There is so much to learn and I am only half way there but every lesson is carefully prepared! Not too much at a time and Mike is tough. He wants you to keep on it and get it done ASAP. I love it. Definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

Being a member of REO Rockstars gave us the confidence to pursue REO listings. If it wasn't for Mike and this amazing group be would have never ventured into this part of the real estate business.

Mike Costigan is one of the very few trainers/consultants/coaches that really understands and sincerely wants to help, and then does. He assists not just the community, he assists everyone that asks for it. He assists without judgement and makes sure you understand what he is conveying. His programs are very worthwhile.
