Clara Scott and Vanessa Turner both assisted with getting certificates in order for our files. The courses we purchased are sufficient to keep us where we need to be, in compliance (alongside our internal policy manual). Material covered is all pretty standard. Course readings seemed to be AI, but whatever--that's kind of the new norm. On the whole, easy to work with, satisfied requirements, and both Clara and Vanessa were very responsive and helpful. Grateful for that human element, on the whole.
