RentRediReviews of rentredi.com

Great product and value. Overall RentRedi provides a very automated solution for property management, rent payments, and tenant communication at a fraction of the cost of alternatives. Having the features available without other required add-ons (accounting, etc.) keeps this product above the rest for us.

We’re using RendRedi for a number of buildings the past 3 maybe 4 years. You guys are amazing, and we are so glad this service exists. Money deposited in our accounts exactly as indicated. All of Our tenants are more than happy to use RentRedi, no tenant had an “issue” since we started using this company. Customer reps answer any and all questions within minutes. We will continue to use RentRedi for many years to come.

This is an amazing app, it has everything a small time landlord needs and more! Then the customer service is out of this world . I love using this app

quick assistance through the chat feature. Help articles linked for thorough answers and if that isn't enough live chat is great.

I always paid my rent on time within this app to my Landlord. Recieved an email on 01/01/2023 that my payment was successful. RentRedi sent me a late notice 5 days later stating that the payment was not completed due to insufficient funds. They didnt pull my funds out of my account until 4 days later that resulted with me being hit with a late fee of $100. Customer service is horrible, they didn't consider the delay on their end and how I never had a processing problem to occur until that incident. Plus the staff Lies

RentRedi saves me a ton of time I used to spend on record keeping, and automatically tracks and adds late charges I was missing when I did rent collection the traditional way.

Using this app has made it easy for me to handle tenant applications, getting leases signed and stored, and collecting rent. It is easy to set up charges like automatic late fees as well as one-time fees like cleaning fees or pet fees. The maintenance request system is great too since it allows the tenants to upload pictures and video and you can track the progress of the repair (being reviewed, out for bid, etc). For the most part, the app is easy to use for both tenants and landlords. Customer service are quick to respond to chats and they follow up afterwards to make sure the issues were resolved, which I like. There are a lot of support and instructional videos online that I can direct my tenants to when they have questions. There are some issues that I wish would be resolved: There are some things that are not very clear for tenants and they ask me for help, and I as a landlord don't see the same view/options as them. For example, I have had tenants want to change bank accounts for auto pay. I would tell them to click on "edit autopay", but the option to change accounts is not there--I don't know how to help them since I don't even see autopay options as a landlord. I have had to set up a ‘dummy tenant account’ so that I can see what they see and walk them through it. Another issue is that you can't have 2 tenants using the same email address. So, I can't send a lease to two people for signature unless I set them up separately and then I have to always have 2 separate tenant cards associated to the unit. This isn't a huge issue, but is inconvenient. The reports feature, although useful, are not very easy to use--it takes me several tries to get the data I want to download and I usually end up downloading more than I need since I can't filter it correctly in the app and I will just filter out the data that I don't need in Excel. For example, when I download Tenant Payment History, I should be able to filter out convenience fees since I don't get that money and I don't care about those payments; I want to see rent/late fees/security deposits that were billed and paid. Some new features, like the information about which payments are part of each pending/completed deposit is very help since it was not always clear which payments were part of the deposit. This was a great improvement, and they continue to add new features to make it an even better tool. I wish it didn't take so long to get payments posted to my bank account. I have had several tenants make a payment (and they have enough $ in their account on day of payment), but the withdrawal from their account doesn't happen for 3 days, and then it bounces and they have to start the process over again. Even if it doesn't bounce, the money is drawn from their account 3 days after they make payment, then the deposit is initiated, and then several days later I get the funds. It takes over a week in most cases to get my rent money. Tenants are starting to used CashApp and ChimePay to make payments because it is more reliable and is instant. The payment turn around-time needs to be shortened. That being said, it is great that the app allows for ACH payments for only $1, or credit card payments if the tenant wants to pay the extra fees. It also gives me as a landlord the ability to enter payments received outside of the app such as cash, check, money order, etc. Overall this is a great tool for landlords to be able to self-manage multiple rentals rather easily.

Very easy to use. Straightforward and customer service is excellent!’
