Received the DJI drone that was being advertised, in the exact (Like new) condition as advertised, have already made another purchase from RenewDrones , as they had the best price , as well . 100 percent Recommend & Trust this company.

I was skeptical at first about this site/ company being legit because I saw a couple comments saying it was fake, but had no justification or evidence of that claim. I made the purchase of a DJI Osmo action 5 adventure combo and it arrived in a very timely manner and in perfect working order. It had absolutely no signs of wear and looks brand new. I have been using it for about a month now and it's awesome. It's easy to use and makes for some really impressive footage. Looking forward towards a possible drone purchase in the future with Renewdrone as well.

The DJI Magic 4 Pro Fly More Combo is as described, like new. It has very low flight hours, no scratches or visible signs that it is pre-owned. Customer service is responsive, though not on US time zones, they got back to me via email addressed each concern I had. I wish that it had been made clear that the drone was originally marketed for Hong Kong rather than the U.S. market. However, DJI confirmed that it is FCC compliant and legal to operate in the US. I will definitely look to RenewDrone for future purchases – assuming US leadership stop fighting with DJI to force DJI products out of the US marketplace. (Somebody please tell me how the LiDAR Obstacle Avoidance of a MINI 5 Pro is a threat to National Defense. If that's a threat then all iPhones with LiDAR are a similar threat)

This shop is completely legit and their prices are extremely attractive. I bought a DJI action pro 5 camera, adventure pack for around $242. It was quickly shipped to me and was virtually brand new even though it was listed as "like new". I would definitely buy from them again if I ever want a drone.

I had a great experience with RenewDrone. I ordered a DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro and the original shipment never made it to me. That wasn’t RenewDrone’s fault, but once I contacted them and explained what happened, they took care of it immediately. They sent out a replacement within a day or two, and I received it shortly afterward. There was no runaround, no hassle, and no arguing over whose fault the missing shipment was. They just handled the problem and made sure I received what I paid for. The replacement camera arrived exactly as expected and I’m very happy with it. Based on how they handled an issue that wasn’t even caused by them, I’d definitely feel comfortable buying from RenewDrone again. 5 stars — great service and they stand behind their customers.
