I never was actually given a ceremony and I never completed my marriage. I would like to have a refund and I cannot contact anybody or get in touch with anybody to do so.

Hi Dennise, thank you for your feedback. We try to get back to all support enquires as soon as possible. To help clarify, we've reached out to you to schedule your wedding ceremony but it sounds like you and your partner did not want to move forward. Please refrain from sending multiple emails in a very short period of time as this delays us getting back to you! As mentioned in our email we've initiated your refund and you should see it return to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. Please reach out again if we can help in any other way.
What a simple and beautiful process. We were able to have exactly what we want without any hiccups. Our officiant did a fantastic job of listening that we just wanted it to be simple and easy. No extra fuss.
