Lost our recording
The ceremony went great my wife and i couldnt be happier we were able to get married in Italy at her family’s house they have had for about 200 years so it was really special and the officiant was amazing as well. The biggest issue we had was we wanted the recording of the ceremony as it was in Italy and apparently the administration “lost” the recording. When asked to have it sent over they sent me someone else's twice before telling me sorry nothing we can do. That was extremely disappointing. We were offered a do over ceremony but are already back home and offered nothing else as compensation. Super upset about that but nothing we can do
