Good rates but takes too long that it is not worth it. Customer service is useless and don’t understand anything what you are saying, probably it is run by AI. But anyways, will not use again for transaction as this is taking more than 3 days even if you transfer it from wallet balance.

Whenever transferring money, they give very good exchange rates, sometimes even higher than Google rates. The transaction is usually completed within one day. I really love this app for transferring money. The only drawback is that once a transaction is initiated, there is no way to cancel it.
