xpat.money (Formerly Remit2Any)Reviews of remit2any.com

Disappointing experience. My money was held up, and the recipient did not receive it when expected. Customer support repeatedly blamed issues with their banking partner but gave me no clear timeline or useful resolution. When you trust an app to transfer money, you need reliable service and honest updates. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app.

The worst application i have ever seen in my entire life. They promised a transfer rate when im executing the transaction but there was no recipt when i have initiated the transaction. No acknowledgment that the money has been deducted from my bank account. And finally they said the money has been delivered and now i have no clue who to reach out to as their customer service reps are saying they are actively working on it.

I have transferred $2500, status say delivered without crediting to INR account. useless customer service, not responding, there is to contact number. I am going to file a complaint

Useless, Support Executives are too fool. same like you know nothing John snow system is totally dumb

Its fraud company. This is first time tansfer money deducted from my source account fully. Transfer not done after few when i reach customer care they are claiming nothing deducted from my account. When i reach my bank they confirmed it was already fully deducted. When i ask them to cancel the transaction again they are saying nothing deducted from my source account worst service and fraud company. In order to cheat they are offering high transfer rate but its not worth in order to loose peace, time and money. Deffinitely not recommended for sure.

Very lengthy pricess and seems sketchy i would never do bussiness ever AVOID

pros: give good rate cons: worst in services when you want to cancel the scheduled transaction even it will not be solved in two weeks...it keep goes...and you will see generic message saying we are escalating to finance team or false info your funds are already credited or we still need to raise a cancellation.

I have used Remit2Any several times for “instant transfers,” and previous transactions were completed immediately. However, my most recent transfer took much longer, with customer support now saying it could take up to 2 business days. This delay is disappointing, as the service advertised an “instant transfer.” I hope Remit2Any addresses this inconsistency and improves communication with customers regarding transfer timelines.
