I placed an order that came with hidden subscription. never intended to subscribe. I received the item , but it didn't work out for me - tagging and got dry very quick. 2 days ago I received an email saying my Remay order is on the way. I immediately cancel the subscription and touched base w customer service asking to cancel the order - it was not shipped yet. Here is the dialog: How do I cancel my order? Order # RMY3223SPFY 3:59 PM Thanks for messaging us, happy to help! Please hold as I lookup this order for you. 4:02 PM It looks like this is a renewal order. Unfortunately renewal orders can’t be cancelled, but you can skip or cancel future orders inside of your account using the link sent to during registration. 4:06 PM Can I return item of renewal order? 4:28 PM Unfortunately, similar to most subscription services, returns are only accepted on the first shipment but not on renewals. This is because the subscription option comes with a heavily discounted rate compared to the regular single time purchase option. We also need to set aside inventory for the renewing boxes, returns costs us in fees and due to hygienic reasons products returned often need to be destroyed. You can learn more about the subscription policy here: - link removed because of review policy Sorry about this. It looks like your subscription is cancelled, no further renewals will occurs.

The best way to shave your legs and keep them smooth and moisturized. The compact egg makes it easy to apply, store and travel with as well.

I recently purchased the product. I apparently wasn’t using correct and they were very helpful. Refunding my money great company.

I love this product some much I order one for my sons birthday and he tells me almost every day thanks dad. And now his friends are hooked on it. It has become a like a club for all of us because we all uses it and our faces show it.

OMG! Who Knew a shave bar could get my face feeling so smooth! The lather, the hold on the blade, this stuff is truly amazing!

Solid product - works as advertised if you use it properly (unlike the negative reviewers). They’ve also got a satisfaction guarantee - so it’s a no risk purchase.

I have tried and repped many products. I love this product. I trust the quality and consistency of this gel. Thanks.. REMAY Dave in Tampa
