The worst company ever 8/26/2026…the worst moving company ever!! Avoid at all cost…Trust me!!!

Bait N Switch. Our move ended up costing us an additional $5,000.00. If you get an estimate from Anthony, turn and run the other way. This is a Bait N Switch company, at least that has been our experience. Go somewhere else for your move!! Mike

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Nothing about this move was handled well. First price we were quoted ended up doubling. We were given an arrival window of 7-10 days and it took over 30. The communication was horrendous. I had to call 15 times just to get someone to answer me, and their answer was always the same “we don’t know when it’s leaving”. They were rude. They had no understanding. Never ever ever use this company.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY ARE BROKERS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!

Do not work with them. They are the one of the worst business I have ever worked with in my life. They’ll break your stuff and lie to you, and take much longer than they quote.

I called and was given a quote of $3300 to move l bedroom and kitchen. Paid a $1500 fee to reserve move. 5 days later fee went from $3300 to $5500 and additional $1580 was charged. Day of move came and no one showed up or called. Midafternoon we started calling to see when movers would arrive and could only leave messages. Finally late afternoon we finally reached someone and they didn't know where a truck was but finally give us to call to see if we could find the truck. No truck came we were scammed and bait and switch on prices. Finally found a different mover.

If I could give this company a zero I would, but it doesn’t allow me to any positive reviews on this company are completely fake. I guarantee it customer service is a joke. My stuff took over three months to arrive. They refuse to refund me for the delay, everything showed up, damaged mattresses, wet boxes treated like trash and nightstands with legs broken off when contacting the company. They do not care the customer service lady hung up on me after telling me there was nothing she can do, and it is not their problem. DO NOT this company they are liars and frauds they should be shut down completely!

My experience with Reliant Moving Solutions has been extremely disappointing. I understand that moving shipments can take several days, so my complaint is not simply about the delivery timeframe. My main concern is the lack of communication and the way I was treated when I contacted the broker for assistance. I had been trying to obtain basic information about my shipment after being unable to reach the moving company directly. I therefore contacted Reliant Moving Solutions, expecting them to help me understand the status of my shipment and assist with communication. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. She told me that there was nothing she could do to assist me and then hung up the phone on me while I was still trying to address the situation. I found this completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Even if the broker could not directly provide the information I was requesting, I would have expected a professional and respectful response, rather than being treated this way and having the call abruptly terminated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Reliant Moving Solutions. Good customer service and basic professionalism should be expected when someone is dealing with a company regarding the transportation of their personal belongings.
