The timing of the sending of supplies only happens after the date that is permitted by Medicare and it normally adds a week or more to any delivery time. There are no reminders or check-ins when face cushion replacements are needed. If I don't remember to call and find out, then the schedule is completely off and now I can't get back on a reasonable schedule. The monthly supplies should be on the automated calling system for replacement parts, not just the 3-month replacement parts. Staff are always polite. But these challenges with timing of delivery and orders needs to be solved.

The company is terrific. I really appreciate the regular calls to check on what supplies I might need. All requested supplies arrive quickly.

I have had great service over the phone, but when I get my packages I have had several times when there was a missing piece or a wrong piece shipped.
