Very easy to work with, customer service is great

(1) Money was taken from my account due to RR's error and time constraint to facilitate the sale of merchandise. (2) Forged signature to expedite and cover an error in the registration process.

Reliable respiratory is a great supplyer of my C-pap needs my only complaint is I always receive things I did not order or items I ordered the amount was short.

For a very brief time, I switched to another supplier (that also begins with the letter “R”) which has a satellite office close to my home because I thought the service would be faster but I was wrong! I SWITCHED BACK TO RELIABLE WITHIN MONTHS- need I say more. At the helm, is John, a very good manager.

I called in with my response for the second late payment notice for my sleep apnea machine misuse, I was assured that these late notices will not affect my credit and will be held locally and cleared after my sleep study is completed, I appreciate and trust that you will do what you say, Thanks!

The equipment is reliable. They are very helpful concerning any problems you may encounter. I have called a few times and have always been treated with concern.
