WOW!, I have never seen a so straight forward easy personal loan process from a big bank, online application took 15 minutes, funded my account the next business day, great rate, and BAM! ALL DONE!... you even get a little discount for auto payments. Banking with Regions for 10 years and counting. Awesome.

I have banked with Regions since 2004, they are very helpful and always polite. Recently, my debit card was compromised and the bank notified me immediately of the suspicious charges. They deactivated my card, issued me another one and reimbursed all charges.

I am still waiting for my release paperwork. I paid my car off on August 17th and still cannot get a straight answer when the paperwork will get to me. They first said they sent it out on September 1st. So I waited and waited. Then I call back after the 7 days I thought it would come and then they admit they lied and it went out on September 9th. Still no paperwork. These people are the worst. Please don't use this bank.
