I am writing this review to warn other Nigerians based on my recent experience with Yellow Card Financial Nigeria Limited. I funded my Yellow Card wallet through the virtual Wema Bank account automatically generated by the app. I made two deposits: ₦20,000 and ₦5,000. Only ₦20,000 appeared, and afterwards my entire wallet became inaccessible. What makes this more concerning is: 1. Missing Funds With No Resolution I contacted Yellow Card support multiple times. They responded once requesting my email and phone number, but never followed up. My ₦20,000 is still missing. 2. Suspicious Use of a Virtual Bank Account The receiving account was a Wema Bank virtual account, but after reporting the issue, I discovered irregularities that suggest the payment channel may be misused or not monitored properly. 3. Possible Third-Party Connection With Another Company The virtual account details traced back to Bud Infrastructure Limited, a company registered in Lagos but with no known direct involvement in digital asset operations. This raises worrying questions about why my Yellow Card deposit was linked to a company whose registered business activity is “General Contract and Merchandise.” 4. Many Similar Complaints After my experience, I checked Yellow Card’s Google Play reviews and found multiple reports of missing funds, locked wallets, and poor support. This shows it’s not an isolated incident. 5. No Transparency or Urgent Customer Support For a financial services company operating in Nigeria, you expect clear communication, active customer service, and proper tracking of transactions. Instead, I received silence. 6. Regulatory Complaints Filed Because of the unresolved issue and lack of accountability, I have submitted formal complaints to: FCCPC CBN And contacted Wema Bank for investigation I will not back down until my issue is resolved. My experience so far has been stressful, suspicious, and financially damaging. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Yellow Card until they improve transparency, customer service, and transaction security. I will update this review if there is any genuine resolution.

My name is David, please Nigerians don't try this app because I have been tracking the pega account holder that received my money, since I made the deposit 2023 up till date I have not been able to verify my account or withdraw my money, please I would love if they refund my money because the account owner who received my money will pay all for the stress and money I have been spending for the past three years
