Absolutely no instructions or where to find basic set up instructions had for 11 days and can not get set up right!!!

Their website is absolutely horrible. I believe that it is deliberate as they try to not give the discount and if you are not on top of it you will get stuffed and pay too much. I don't like it. It can only be such a poor system on purpose.
