RS has always been good at helping us find the things we never would. Anything that is in question we receive a email and we reply with a record or file that tells our history and the next thing that happens is we usually receive a refund because of lost product we would never know about. After migrating over to 3Colts, we lost important reporting functionality. Our Client Success Manager seemed inconvenienced by our only call because he failed to see that we were PST. When we try to contact him to troubleshoot account issues, it often takes an additional follow-up and at least a week later to hear back and information is minimal. We will likely move to a different service provider.

What are theses invoice for? There is a lot of confusion on our part, with what's going on. Is there anyone to speak to ?
