I am so dissapointed in the service and product. I was sent the product and lost "0" weight over 2 months!! I asked that it not be shipped or billed w/o my express permission and it was sent billed at a rate of approx. $495 when I was told it would be approx. $397. The product gave me sever constipation, and dehydration and headaches even though I drank a lot of water. WAY to many negative side effects with no results. Was this the real thing or a placebo. Done with these people.......

They charged my credit card and more than THIRTY DAYS LATER, they finally delivered. I sent five emails and made two phone calls. Only one of the emails was responded to with “ I’ve let pharmacy know”. The two phone calls were met with “ I’ll email pharmacy and let you know what they say”. None of these customer service people ever followed up until after I finally got delivery -and then only to tell me product had been delivered(duh). I note they changed pharmacies so maybe they should do a bit more quality control.

I would give this company zero… I’ve tried to contact them several times with no results the company still delivered to my old address and still charged my account. I have tried to reach out to them several times no help basically they’ve charged my credit card but sent to the wrong address have not heard anything from them after contacting them several times.

My medicine arrived today- a day late- I met the UPS DRIVER & upon opening the cooler packs were opened & had exploded gel everywhere and it is very hot. Everything soaked in gel. Worried about the medicine since it must be stored in a cold refrigerator- it is TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE -

Hello Sarah, We are sorry to hear the ice packs in your shipment were melted. If your package arrived and the medication was warm, don't worry. Sometimes, packages get delayed, or you may not have gotten to it in time after delivery. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been tested and is thermally stable between 5°F and 107°F for a period of up to 5 days. As long as the vial has not exceeded 107° or been exposed to heat for longer than 5 days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.

While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency. We're also sorry to hear that you had difficulty canceling your order online. This is not the experience we want for our customers.
