Everyone at reflex MD has been super helpful. They respond very quickly. I thought my first shipment was going to arrive late because of the Labor Day weekend when I reached out to customer care, they reached right back and made sure that it was all correct and I have received it in time & started taking it. I’m very happy with this so far.

I have been taking another GLP-1 injection from a different compounding pharmacy. Never have I had such quick responses from this Help team. Though I haven’t received my first vials, because I am new to Reflex-MD. I have a positive feeling about this pharmacy. You should join me in tackling the weight that weighs you down too!

My experience with Nava was outstanding. From the very first phone call, she made me feel as though I was speaking with a trusted friend or family member. She genuinely cared about my concerns and took the time to guide me toward the best plan for my medication needs. What impressed me most was her responsiveness - I left a message fully expecting a next-day reply, but Nava returned my call almost immediately. This kind of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Nava combined professionalism with compassion. She was well-informed, confident in her expertise, and at the same time warm and approachable. I felt I was in capable, trustworthy hands throughout the entire process. Her kindness and knowledge gave me complete confidence in her recommendations- so much so that I referred Reflex MD to two loved ones without hesitation.
