Received my medication 3 days late due to a shipping delay. I have called twice and emailed to see if it is safe to use since it was not cold when it arrived. Have not received a single response. Very disappointed as I am anxious to get started but I will not use the product until I am sure it is safe to use. Hopefully, a bad review will elicit a response from customer service because phone calls and emails do not work. Will be canceling my account, disputing charges and using another company if I do not hear from someone by the end of the day.

No one is answering my question. First month the drug cost was 295 . Now the cost jumped to 495 , with no warning. I need to talk to someone about this. If the 495.00 price continue , I will have to cancel my account

Been using for some time now and have not been losing any weight - its costing me too much for not working.

If I could give zero I would. I was sent a link for a 'check in'.. They automatically refilled my meds. I only knew after & the charge was 2xs asuch as the first time. I was to be out of town & could not be there for delivery so called to cancel. They were notified first thing in the morning & they created the label at 5:43 pm . I will be filing fraud charges with my bank as I never approved the charges. They shipped it with no attempt to cancel so they could take my money.

I am a member, of REFLEXMD and have recieved 3 doses, an now I'm passed my 4th dose, and I got nothing. They all of a sudden ed ghosted me??? I've paid alot of money every month! I can't get any response from emails or phone calls???? Poor customer service!! Still waiting!

They do what they say and get you your medicine quickly. However, I tried to cancel my subscription because I found a local option I am more comfortable with and FORGET IT. I called and no one answered, so you must leave a message. I sent a text and I also emailed. No response. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card and cancelling my credit card. WATCH OUT!

I NEVER RECEVED MY SECOND ROUND OF TREATMENT BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $497.00 AND I REPORTED THE FRAUD AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN OVER 10+DAYS
